We have a standard fee of £300.00 for one week or £575.00 for two regardless of the time of year so please book early

Terms and conditions
We have a few conditions which we would like our clients to read, agree to and sign confirming they will comply with them.
Accommodation is available from 16:00 on day of arrival, accommodation must be vacated by 10:00 on day of departure to enable cleaning to take place - 4 persons maximum. More flexible hours may be available dependant on bookings, please ask. Booking is only accepted upon receipt of non-refundable Deposit of 30% of total. Balance of payment is payable no later than 4 weeks before arrival date, except in the case of a last minute booking where we may have reached a verbal agreement*. In the event of cancellation we may be able to refund your balance but not deposit, should we be able to fill your booking*. Facilities are used at your own risk; we have made every possible effort to ensure you have a safe and enjoyable Holiday. We cannot be held responsible for any accidents or injuries that result due to careless behaviour. Water, Gas & Electricity charges are all included in our weekly rate so you will have no additional charges to pay. Household linen is provided, You may prefer to bring your own towels however these can be provided, just ask. The apartment will be cleaned to a very high standard for your arrival. On your departure/check-out, we ask our clients to leave the premises in the same condition. We cannot be held responsible for curtailment of your holiday or cancellation, delay or other incidents that are beyond our control. (e.g. Airlines, strikes, political problems, bad weather etc). Music to be kept to a reasonable level - it may not be to the neighbours taste!!! Dogs or any other animals, only acceptable by prior agreement.
